• Liberation Forces and Pak Forces get engaged in a fierce battle in Borokamota of Comilla, on two occasions. Both times the Pak forces are defeated. Almost 5-6 thousand villagers also participate in this battle and this conflict is recognised as Borokamota battle in the history of the liberation war.

 

• Pak forces headed towards Koremhat-Hiyakool of Ramgor. One group of pakistani forces attack the liberation forces stationed near Shubpur bridge whilst another group of Pak military forces headed towards Guimara. In plans of resisting the pak forces Major Zia ordered Mir Shaukat to come over to Ramgor.

 

• In the northern part of the country, near the Hili border, Pak forces and freedom fighters exchange gun shots throughout the day
