• Colonel MAG Osmani, Captain Nazrul Haque, Captain Nowajesh, Subeder Major Kazimuddin, and several Indian Army personnel meet in an important meeting at Kodomtola in India. Muktibahini Chief Colonel MAG Osmani discussed the plannings of war on behalf of the Bangladesh Government and gave orders based on it.

 

• The number of Bangladeshi refugees in various Indian states rose to 15, 72,220.
