- Freedom fighters led by Captain Rashid attack Taherpur camp of Pakistani occupation army causing huge damage to the Pakistan raiders in Sector 7.
- Muktibahini under the Sector 8 recover huge arms and ammunition attacking Manikganj camp of Pakistani troops. The Pakistan military is compelled to flee the camp.
- UN and Pakistan sign a memorandum of understanding to deploy an international civil representative team comprising of 156 people.
