- Muktibahini attack Pakistani military in 17 areas of Comilla, Jessore and Sylhet frontiers. Pakistan military members sustained some hundreds of casualties in sudden mortar and canon attacks. The freedom fighters seized a huge amount of arms and ammunition from Pakistan military. Muktibahini attack enemy in Comilla’s Kalipur, Parshuram, Khajuria Shahpur, Kauamtala, Nayanpur, Bajjala, Harimangal, Chagalpur, Rajpur, Shadla river, Madhugram, Sylhet’s Radhanagar, Jayantipur, Rajghat and Jessore’s Hijaltali village in Sylhet.
- Muktibahini ambush Pakistan military with buried mines on the Fulpur-Haluaghat road. One tank is completely destroyed.
- Muktibahini’s ambush team attack Pakistan military in Dinajpur’s Thakurgaon area with hidden mines. A food-laden truck of Pakistan military is destroyed.
- Muktibahini members carry out a courageous drive against Pakistan military in Comilla’s Homna. 11 police and five Razakars killed in the clash. 15 Razakars later surrendered.
