• Close to Omborkhana stationed liberation forces in Maguramari are attacked by Pak forces. In this battle 2 freedom fighters are martyred, whilst 2 are severely injured.

 

• In Chikonchora of Chittagong, stationed liberation forces are attacked by Pakistani forces. In this conflict freedom fighters have to retreat and take station in Bagaanbari.

 

• Nepal Prime Minister expresses his sadness and shows his support for the innocent Bangladeshis. He expressed hope that Bangladesh would come out winners in the Liberation war.
